Jimmy Goldsmith- CEO of BIG, a national branding and marketing firm announced today the signing of it’s first Restaurant Branding deal in which BIG will formally market The Blue Donkey of Stowe, VT and 10 Railroad Street of Morrisville, VT sister restaurants owned by the same group.

The Blue Donkey is a well known Burger and BBQ family style restaurant, founded by Kim Kaufman and Jimmy Goldsmith experiencing explosive growth and moving into it’s sixth year of operations. Head Chef Brian Cassino, has strong roots in South Carolina and has added tasty BBQ selections to an already popular Burger menu.. Situated on the Mountain Road in Stowe , VT, this joint is pumping out meals to locals and visitors alike.

The ownership group and Chef team is repeated at 10 Railroad Street with Brian Cassino and anchored by Andy Figliola- featuring a flavorful american cuisine menu, serving lunch and dinner including the Blue Donkey Burgers and a tasteful offering of nightly chef specials that dares to be a little more upscale in a growing community. The restaurant is located in a historic renovated train station and provides a beautiful dining ambiance. 10 Railroad  is in its second year of operations.

. It was a natural progression for our agency and a great match to our portfolio of athletes. There is tremendous synergy building among our client base and it gives BIG larger bandwidth and a wider presence. To be honest we had looked around the marketplace for an agency and decided BIG was the best fit for us, said owner Kim Kaufman, it was just a matter of convincing Jimmy that he should go into that space.

In the coming months BIG will be working on Branding and Marketing for the restaurants as well as running their social media platforms and advertising campaigns.
